Connect thin-film display panels, camera modules, and internal ribbon flex cables with the FFC2B35-24-G surface-mount FPC/FFC connector. Featuring an ultra-fine 0.5mm pitch and a 24-position layout, this Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connector utilizes a flip-lock actuator mechanism, allowing smooth, stress-free insertion of delicate flexible flat cables without damaging contacts.
Designed with a Bottom Contact orientation, the electrical terminals mate with exposed ribbon pads facing downward toward the circuit board. Housed in a low-profile SMT package with gold-plated contacts and side metal solder tabs, it provides strong mechanical PCB retention and reliable signal transmission for TFT/OLED displays, e-paper screens, MIPI CSI cameras, and custom handheld devices.
Key Features:
0.5mm Fine Pitch: High pin-density 24-channel layout saves valuable PCB surface area.
Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) Flip-Lock: Hinged actuator secures flex cables firmly with minimal insertion force and no pad wear.
Bottom Contact Configuration: Standard contact orientation designed for FFC/FPC cables with downward-facing contact pads.
Gold-Plated Contacts: Superior corrosion resistance and stable signal integrity for high-speed display and sensor interfaces.
